I work in an integrative way which means I weave together elements from both my humanistic and psychodynamic training to find the approach most suited to your needs. This may include mindfulness and CBT techniques alongside longer term psychotherapeutic approaches with the aim to integrate your feelings, thoughts, behaviours and body into a healthy whole.

I offer you a non-judgmental, safe space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings in order to work together on our shared project of helping you with the issues you are struggling with to find new ways to understand and engage with them.
